Meet 6-year-old Abigail! Abigail is competing level 3 for R-Athletics and works very hard to make her skills better every day at practice! Abigail has a 3-year-old sister named Sophie and a 9-year-old sister named Lilia. Abigail’s favorite event is floor because she loves to tumble and work on her handstands. A fun fact about Abigail is that she loves school! Abigail admires her teacher because she wants to be one someday! Coach Shy says, “Abigail has improved so much it’s amazing! She has so much talent, especially for her age; and I cannot wait for her future in the sport of gymnastics!”
Meet 9-year-old Lauren! Lauren competed level 5 last season and is currently training her 5 skills in the gym! Lauren has a 6-year-old sister named Maddie. Something you might not know about Lauren is that she loves to draw. Her favorite thing to draw is houses. Lauren admires her art teacher, Mrs. Bailey because she loves art and she wants to be great at art like her someday. Coach Kaylie says, “Lauren works very hard at practice and I can tell she really loves doing the sport!”
This is 10-year-old Corah! Corah competed level 5 last season and is currently competing Level 7! Corah has three brothers named Caleb, Collier, and Caeden. Something you might not know about Corah is that she has a cat named Marbles. Corah admires Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson because she is such a great gymnast! Coach Rachel says, “Corah has amazing gymnastics talent and it shows! She works super hard at practice every day, which is awesome!”
Meet 8-year-old Breckin! Breckin is competing level 5 for R-Athletics and is working hard at those skills in the gym! Breckin has one older sister named Lexy, who is ten. Breckin’s favorite event is Bars because she loves to do tap swings! A fun fact about Breckin is that she loves to ski, especially at Boyne and Crystal Mountain! Breckin looks up to upper level Bri Higgins because she is such a great gymnast! Coach Audra says, “Breckin has improved so much and will go very far in gymnastics because of her great work ethic and effort she puts into practice every day!”
